Expertise in complete Design, Manufacturing & marketing of next Generation Products. Nearly 4 decade of dedicated experience in American, Europeon & Japanese Manufacturing Industries, & later part of about 2 decades in Japanese world’s NO 1 Leader in AC & R “DAIKIN” , displayed excellent achievements of cost savings, productivity up, Cordial working environment between Japanese, Indian Management and employees resulted in profitability improvement and all time high expansions of Manufacturing Facilities in India in FY 17 & FY22, and started manufacturing first time in INDIA critical components like Inverter Compressors, PCB, Cross Flow Fans, etc.
Rich experience of recruitment nearly 7000 employees in last 10 years from General Managers to Shop floor employees , Also introduced female young employees on production lines ensuring safe working environment and following law of land
Selection of all Manufacturing , Quality and Utility Machineries and Equipments including Gas based Generators, Solar Power Plants, 33 Kv Electricity Sub stations
We also have expertise in R&D and doing research , analysis of next generation technology
